Briony was very approachable, engaging and clear. Resource booklet will be an extremely useful guide as we look to implement the tools learned.
The course was good and involved lots of relevant topics to review in respect to managing my time. When I carry out tasks in the future I will consider these different methods and involved this in my future methodology
Good course but trainer needs to understand job roles and possibly tailer it more.
Thanks This bespoke course was perfect for our needs and supported a range of participants to learn and apply their knowledge. Thanks Nick!
Great course, interesting and great facilitator
The facilitator quickly assessed each individuals level of "competency" and adapted the session to suit individuals. He engaged well with individuals and when we were in groups.
