Slides were too wordy, and much of the course was just the trainer reading out the slides. We did have interactive discussions but I think more interactive elements would make the course far more interesting.

Very good course and very good mentor.

I found the course beneficial and engaging. Rachael was great and tailored the course and examples given to each individual and did research on our companies to make it more personalised which was excellent.

Really enjoyed the course it will really help with my customer service in my role.
