James was amazing. Very very knowledgeable, a true specialist. He knew everything he needed to know and used great examples and got to understand the people and relate it to our experience. James has a lot of knowledge and experience to help break things down and make easier to understand. Whether relating to large multi-national businesses or a small organisation like my own. My only feedback would be (and not sure it's directed to James in particular) but a lot of abbreviations for many elements of this course which I found a bit hard to keep track of
