Some information within the presentation could be altered to better balance the course e.g. Showing negative and positive sides to situations.

A credit to George , one of the best courses I've been on , kept you engrossed and interacted with everyone. course was better than expected and interesting the different aspects of customer service.

Trainer was approachable, humble, interested in our work and how IOSH applies to our roles. He managed to keep me engaged in the topics (that are not my passion) where other trainers have failed to do this!

Andrew is a fantastic coach and delivered a great course. Informative and engaging. I feel the skills I have learnt will help me to lead my team more efficiently and I have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. Slides were too wordy, and much of the course was just the trainer reading out the slides. We did have interactive discussions but I think more interactive elements would make the course far more interesting.
