I found Paul engaging and knowledgeable

James has a lot of knowledge and experience to help break things down and make easier to understand. Whether relating to large multi-national businesses or a small organisation like my own. My only feedback would be (and not sure it's directed to James in particular) but a lot of abbreviations for many elements of this course which I found a bit hard to keep track of

It was a very fun training and I was very engaged throughout the whole course! George has a lot of knowledge and kept the whole group engaged and participating through his teaching.

I found the course and the tasks very informative and interesting. George was incredibly engaging and so encouraging to us to think a bit deeper. The booklet could do with some page numbers, we also didn’t receive all of the pre-course work.
