Good course. But room temperature freezing and no refreshments.

I found the training very educational , each session I was able to take information at bring into my working situation, George my facilitator was extremely engaging and the material provided was at times quite powerful and interesting, George knowledge of worldwide companies and practices again was very thought provoking , I extremely enjoyed my four sessions , well done George

Celsa need to provide warmer room with tea coffee facilities

Ian was an excellent facilitator and whilst the course possibly did not run as expected due to varying needs and queries he handled the ensuing discussions really well.

Mike has great knowledge and a brilliant ethic of getting the training across and by not making the subject boring. He uses humour which really helps people feel comfortable.

i found the course very informative and learned a load of helpful and important information that i didn’t know that could possibly help me save someone’s life if ever needed
