Great... both Lynne and Andrew very engaging throughout and helped when I struggled with my PowerPoint issues

The course has been an eye opener and definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone but in a good way! The way Lynne has the course structured for us as team to get to know eachother and feel comfortable as possible during the course was amazing! The group was absolutely fab and I've learned a lot from people of different backgrounds and I feel like I've gained not only information in how to train but the confidence to do so.

The course was really beneficial for my role and I have learnt different methods of delivery which are more effective. The tutors were great, and was also a good was of networking with others also.

This was a very good and informative course. We learned loads, thank you.
