Lynne was great at adapting the presentation of the course for a room filled with younger members of staff who were not current leaders but ones who aspired to be leaders. The course provided life skills as well as leadership skills.

It was a good course that I enjoyed and the structure of the course was done well. The trainer was very knowledgeable and he made us think of the questioned we need to address at our site concerning COSHH.
