Great Course, Trainer made it very clear and was always there to provide support

Really enjoyed the training overall and felt like i learnt some new things and really happy to have the exercise to be able to look back at things i may forget

I feel the course should be delivered over a longer period of time there is too much information to retrain in just 2 days and I would have liked to have learnt more in-depth about the process and standards so that I felt more confident

Very in-depth course would of been better over more than two days as it is a lot of knowledge to retain in a short about of time.

Course was enjoyable but lots to get through/understand.

Good range of topics, could have gone more in depth on some as a lot of us already had knowledge. Speed at which we went through/ amount of time we spent on each could have been optimised. Spent a long time practicing making macros in the "my house" exercise, but then not much time understanding/practising pivot tables which we identified that we didn't have much knowledge on already, and would be more useful.

Andrew the facilitator was very knowledgeable and put the course across very well

The course was explained clearly and we was encouraged to take part in learning games which brought the competitive side out.
