A good well presented course with plenty of information however it would have been beneficial if the information on the screen mirrored the information in the booklet. Having said this the facilitator acknowledged this and plans to get updated documentation / presentation

Course information needs updating in certain areas as instructor had to correct what the documents were saying sometimes

Paul is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable. Very easy to talk through questions.

The course was well conducted by the trainer Rebecca Pitt, the subject was very interesting and will definitely assist me within my day to day role.

Enjoyable course thanks to a great instructor who kept a sometimes mundane subject relevant and interesting, which made it easier to learn and understand.

Ellie has been an excellent trainer. She explained everything very well and made sure that the group understood what was expected. I found the whole course very enjoyable, it was engaging throughout and I've learnt a lot from it.

The course has been fantastic from start to finish. James is an amazing tutor who possesses a raft of historical and current knowledge. James uses his experience to enhance the course slides with relevant and interesting examples. I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and look forward to putting the theory I have learned into practice. The only thing I would encourage is a copy of the slides be provided as part of the course materials sent out to the learners. The learner manuals are great, but I find the slides jog my memory/conversations and discussions that we might have had during the sessions.

Really good and beneficial training session that I can take back and put into practice within my team to develop not only my team themselves but myself as a team leader
