Morning was more interesting but I won’t be using the afternoon activities or learning potentially ever so no fault of train just don’t believe it has been thought out correctly

Dipvandana Mehta had extensive knowledge around the subject and was very articulate in answering all the myriad of questions we had for her. She had impeccable time-keeping and yet was very accommodating of everyone's queries along the way, which enhanced the learning experience for me, and no doubt for others too. She was also thorough in following up on any queries she couldn't respond to immediately and used her breaks to source information and share it with us when we returned to the session.

Really enjoyed the course, she made it fun and enjoyable, which is always good as I find you learn and keep things better in you're mind, having 15/20 years of customer service behind me this course is another eye opener to react to dealing with tricky customers

It will help employers lifestyle as these will not just apply to the work environment but will also help outside work on the day to day basis, risks are everywhere not just at the workplace so, definitely interesting and useful
