Very good course content and delivery by Lee.

Since this was the first online course for the organisation I think they had some teething issues. Otherwise the course material is good. Personally I think Zoom is a much better system as opposed to Microsoft-Teams

I felt the course would have been better with visual examples of testing procedures in a practical demonstration, but understand that the online course was unable to provide that. Dave was an excellent communicator and clearly knew the vital information we needed.
