Lots of detail within the course and content. Very knowledgeable lecturer giving the course.

Think the course would be better longer to go through the book more and cover the topics more

Great instructor with in-depth knowledge of all electrical systems. Adapted to our needs within our industry and elaborated on subjects interested in with great knowledge

Venue cold, small tissues, no toilet roll in toilet, no electricity for hand dryers. Food average. Hotel, Holiday Inn, room smells, always aired and put AC on to get rid of smell. Clean room. Food average to dire. Special steak and ale pie, dire, all frozen food heated. Should not be called a special.

Also, not being able to take the course manual home unless you paid an extra £25. Never experienced this before, poor. Have got to print out everything myself to refer to notes.

A BIT RUSHED

The course was good with the lecturer able to direct the course content and draw comparisons with the environment I work in. I have learnt things I didn't know I didn't know. I am now able to adapt the procedures and practices that I have been using to be safer and less susceptible to the possibility of mistakes being made.

A great recap and additional content for 33kV switchgear. A good pace but only 2 on course. PowerPoint coverage of particular test questions could be improved. Facilities were good and practical area was modern.

Both lecturers were very knowledgeable regarding the HV subject and provided information, support and guidance throughout this course. Russel Burnett also provided light hearted humour and made the CBRE team feel comfortable and at ease whilst at the same time learning.

Good course. Recomend to other work mates.
