Mark was a brilliant tutor showing us loads of hands on learning, a great balance between classroom work and practical.

Norman was spot on. Extremely knowledgeable but with the ability to explain things so that they could be understood by all. Top bloke.

A very good course, very knowledgeable lecturer.

Good thorough course with lots of practical time in the workshop area. Huge range of switchgear to work with and gain experience on. Course was flexible over the 5 days but could be condensed into a shorter time period especially with lower candidate numbers. Norman was very knowledgable and explained course content very well to candidates with a range of experience and background.

Clock is too loud.

Large amount of different systems to look at . One of which was very similar to our sites equipment. Enjoyed the practical site of the course.

Work shop facilities was very good. Food however, asked us for a menu choice but just gave us a meat pie everyday. Luckily I enjoy pies but others may not.
