Ged was a great Instructor. Made all the guys feel at ease, even the nervous ones. Would 100% come back and do another course with Ged as the instructor.

Excellent facilities

Great knowledge of the lecturer making the course enjoyable. Exam questions could be improved to show the marks available to indicate how much is expected from the answers, but this is a very minor criticism.

Whilst sitting my week 4 exam, Alan the operations manager came in and addressed the classroom in a confrontational and unprofessional manner, at one point standing and shouting at one of the delegates. Surely this would have been better removing the delegate involved and having their conversation elsewhere.
