Exam again is far too much writing,, copying out the notes. Would be better multiple choice
Very poor course content. 90% of module not relevant to our day to day roles

great course, especially in the practical part
Centre has lots of great kit and equipment. Good amount of hands on switching. Training area was very cold vs the rest of the centre. Biscuits to go with the teas and coffees would also be a welcome service provision.
Really enjoyable course with a great lecturer. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Great facilities and opportunities to see how the many different types of switch gear works.

Good course covering a large subject. Russ is a patient instructor and answered every question out to him. Exam preparation was structured and no chapters in the book were rushed. I recommend this course.
