Jason Emery was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable. Took time to help me understand. Went at a pace I was comfortable with. I feel I gained everything I was really here to learn and know more about from my aspect of my job. Which was really knowledge to help keep myself and others safe

Sometimes a little fast but thorough for parts that related to us.

The course has been really good as it has impacted my experience on high voltage systems.

Good introduction to the practical side of HV switching. Very hands on and worthwhile to someone coming into HV and LV switching.

Good to have plenty of practical training on the switchgear and the site had the equipment we had on site.

Eddie is a lovely guy with plenty of knowledge. He has plenty of stories with relevance to the course which he has gained over his many years experience. I have previously completed the S4 course and have moved employers who wanted me to come and do the S9. With having previous experience and knowledge above the S9 I did sometimes find it slow, however it was nice to get some refresher training and I did still learn from Eddie. It's nice to get lunch and refreshments included. Some food was better than others. Overall a good experience and nice to be able to network with others within the same field as me.

Excellent facility with a good variety of switch gear. Very knowledgeable trainer (Gary Wilson) Sign post system on switch gear identification eas very confusing and would be a concern if in real life.
