A good workshop. A bit information heavy but I understand why! There’s a lot to get through.
Enjoyed it, but I think probably only half a day is needed on mentoring given that we have spent a lot of time on the differences between coaching and mentoring in previous modules.
Quite theory heavy day. Felt a little rushed at the end
Informative, interactive session. The coach was knowledgeable and delivered the session at a good pace, ensuring all had an opportunity to contribute.
The timing of this workshop could have been considered to link more to the coaching in modules 1-3 rather than after the mentoring
Was a useful session on ethical coaching which included useful and applicable models to put in to practice.
