It was full of good content on how to influence, What would really help would be to have a section of how to handle it when influencing not working. Really good example was on the active listening seciton where said if come back all defensive don't go to stage two, go back to stage 1 etc. ie it's good to have ideas of what to do but even better is to know how to move on when things aren't going right and get back on track, try something else.
Very interesting and informative, not sure I will be included in budgets though at my level, only a supervisor.
The whole Module was very informative and easy to follow and contribute towards
Really good trainer with a wealth of experience who gave practical examples for every piece of theory he gave
