Great session focused on understanding the impact of financial decisions within our organisation.

The interactions with Pat and especially the other people in the workshop were very interesting and enjoyable There were new concepts that I had not prior familiarity with such as 'ethnocentrism' which I did find enlightening The steps to call out bad behaviours were also interesting
