Excellent

Pat is by far the best trainer I have encountered. He was engaging, and made the material really come to life, constantly bringing the content back to real life situations. Really good mix between use of chat, breakout rooms and presentation.

The first session was a little confusing but besides from I found it very useful

We got off to a bumpy start but felt the session after lunch was much better.

Very jargon heavy, felt unstructured, trainer spent a lot of time pushing use of his own self built app on us - should surely be using standard tooling?

Really informative and interesting. I observed Pat delivering the session for my own CPD ( I am the coach and assessor of this cohort, invaluable training).

I found the day engaging and the content relevant. The break out sessions were also a good way to meet course delegates.
