Was imdormative and thought provoking in a positive way
Very good lots of recapping for me as not long done a course on this
The workshop was informative, there was lots of learning today and models to get our head around. I liked the break put groups as it gives a chance to learn about other's experiences and clarify my own understanding.

A very intense day but learnt about areas that i had not heard of before. Very pleased with how today was structured and went.
