I find the days on line difficult in all honesty, I'd much rather be able to do them in the room in person and sometimes the break out rooms feel a bit unnecessary with such a small cohort of people.

Great presentation, content was clearly explained & some fantastic discussions Good use of break out rooms to create some space & thinking time between theories Lots of theories! (Which was positive - this gives me the opportunity to compare & contrast)

Very happy with the course. Would prefer if it was on Teams as Zoom isn't as good as browser.

Was shorter than expected as in my calendar booked out 3 hours but gave me good reassurance that the way I am managing my staff member is effective.

Really enjoyed the day as with all the workshops so far. Anne has a lovely manner in delivery of the subject and I found her very engaging.
