The session was informative and I appreciated the fact the session was split into bite-sized chunks. Nice balance of listening and collaboration with others in break out rooms. Challenging to deliver what's required in a heatwave and maintain full engagement but you achieved this - well done!
Excellent workshop with clear explanations and engaging discussions. The practical examples made strategic leadership concepts much easier to understand, particularly the differences between deliberate and emergent strategy.
The two days were fantastic. It was great too meet and engage with the cohort. Lots of great things to take into my role especially as we are about to undertake a big change programme.
