Really helpful in following through from why Inclusive Leadership is relevant, unpacking terminology through to how to respond to a situation which might be clumsy, inappropriate or unacceptable

Got more out of it than I expected.

Thoroughly enjoyed todays workshop and it has really challenged my thinking particularly around EDI and my impact in the workplace
