Very interesting day learning about bias, communication and when feedback is and isn't appropriate. My favourite part is always values work, but the most complex!

It was informative and stimulating; the balance between break rooms and group sessions was good. I knew some of the theory, but old and new models were useful as it got me thinking of practical service design projects I have in my job.
