Very good session, Pat was really engaging and covered a lot of areas

Useful training session

Really useful, kept it interactive and very supportive.

Enjoyable, interesting. A good refresher to step back and consider what we do everyday in some way.

Useful to link with other training - such as unconscious bias and active listening.

The subject matter was good and explained how managers need to think about themselves as managers as well as the ability, values and motivation of the staff that they manage. The pace of the session was good though it was affected by the fact that the session was virtual which made interaction challenging.

Learnt some useful influencing techniques which I'll try to apply in my day job and specifically on my projects. The trainer is very confident and very knowledgeable on the subject.

Good day, learnt a lot although I'm not sure all will be relevant or applicable to my role.
