Excellent and useful learning. Facilitator admitted she had issues with names but it is important to use correct names when referring to delegates, I would suggest in an otherwise faultless performance she could rehearse this But again I say Thankyou excellent all round, well done

Informative and gained new knowledge including change model
There were many good takeaways from the course about understanding frameworks available for planning and implementing change within the NHS. I will take some of the ideas and experiences from the other SAS doctors, alongside the formal teaching, forward in my job when considering projects surrounding change.
We had a slightly shorter session today because of fewer attendees and I preferred this at 2.5 hours instead of 3 hours. Mike is a good presenter/coach - engaging and listens well, acknowledges what each participant says and gives good advice that has practical use.
