The training was interactive. It highlighted the importance of approaching challenging situations with patience and a proactive mindset while maintaining and prioritising an individual's needs.
Positive course to take, helpful breakaways and remembering the arousal model and what STEPS stands for
Great refresher course. Good reminder of breakaways and arousal model .

Ben made today really enjoyable, his knowledge and expertise really shows, he teaches with a passion that is commendable. I have come away with a knowledge and understanding of PBS and more confidence to get out of a dangerous situation with the strategy and knowledge gained today.

I really enjoyed the course more than I expected I would. There was very little PowerPoint and more interaction which was great, kept it interesting and fun so learning was easy. The course was very specific to my department needs I felt and the breakaway technics I felt really made Mr feel more confident in keeping myself and others safe . Really enjoyed it
Engaging and informative. Liam ensured that all participants were comfortable at all stages of the day and competent in each technique before moving onto the next.
Came in with no experience. Going away feeling much more competent to diffuse situations and keep myself safe. Liam took time to help me with my technique and I feel happy to proceed to level 3
I feel that the amount to practice we had during the training was brilliant. We delved into why these work and why they wouldn’t if technique is not correct.
The trainer kirstie was great, very engaging which was good as its get everybody involved, i have learned a lot especially how to deescalate patients behaviour, which will really help in practice
