Liam is a brilliant trainer. He explained and carried us all along. The break away techniques were on point👍.

Really engaging,informative and entertaining course.
Course contents aren't always the most interesting however the trainers made it as fun as humanly possible she was brilliant

Very well explained restraints shown and practiced both were very good
