The trainer - Ben has been amazing. I attended my 1 year refresher RRN training and Ben explains and teaches in a way everyone is able to understand. He is very helpful, even if you are struggling to get things right he will guide you until you are understanding perfectly. Ben also made me feel very comfortable throughout my training session.

Thank you for making the training clear and engaging. I liked the examples and how interactive it was. Adding more real-life situations could make it even better.

Absolutely loved it today. Ben was amazing as usual, it was good to go through the restraint's training again.It's how he explains everything and has a brilliant sence of humour. I wish I could do this course every 6 months or so.

It was really an interesting class and would really help me with dealing with the different behaviour's concerns that I might face during the course of my life and it helped me understand the behaviour I have already faced … thank you Lee the class was really effective . All 5 stars .
