I learnt a great and deeper insight on behaviour, diversion techniques and simple questions that might be used to calm an arousal situation.

The content was appropriate to the services we work in. We has informative handout material that will be useful and applicable to practice. Alan is an outstanding trainer he set clear expectations, provided constructive feedback and was engaging throughout the course.
