I liked the interactive parts and discussions. I struggle with just lots of PowerPoint slides
The trainer was excellent at explaining everything. He was also very professional and provided a calm learning environment.
It gave me an in depth insight into human behaviour and how I can support kids as an SEMH support assistant. The module is very structured and in depth.

Harli was an excellent trainer who explained everything clearly and enabled everyone to feel relaxed so that as a group we were proactive and everyone contributed to the discussions and practicals. It was really helpful and I also feel that it was a positive staff team building experience. Harli was patient, kind and put everyone at ease. She was clearly knowledgeable and passed on the information in a relaxed, fun and clear manner.
