Aside from maybe some slightly outdated material (2017/18 and pre COVID numbers) the material was good and Sean was engaging and answered questions well and with good clarity.

Really enjoyed the course, felt trainer clearly explained everything and also answered every question with confidence giving examples. Felt all aims were met and also feel confident about putting the training into practice when required.

Really informative course. Very useful. I think if they have a simplified version on educate for new starters just the breakaway techniques or primary and secondary techniques until they get the opportunity to do the full course
