Really enjoyed the class. Interactive session. I am getting challenging patients everyday in our ward. This class help me to understand how to face the situation and how to deal with it. The course was much needed for my work place. A lot of informations, tips and practical ways to deal with behaviours of concern. The trainer was very knowledgeable. He made everyone engage with the content.
