I have completed this course in 3 days and it has made me further aware of the primary, secondary and tertiary strategies that can be utilised to reduce the chance of a restraint. I have learned new things such as The Arousal Model and the acronyms REFLECT AND STEPS. Ben is an awesome and dignified instructor!
