Fantastic course. Only downside was the small room that was very hot, and video audio was too quiet

The training today ran by Kirstie was very informative. She was a great trainer and very friendly. The day was timed well and breaks times well. I learnt a lot in this training and will be recommending this to others. This training will be good for implementing in PED.

I've done loads of training courses and have been bored and tired- however doing the more hands on approach alongside the theory side is what I prefer and kirsty presented this training amazingly and made it interesting and fun to learn
