She did absolutely fantastic. I learnt a whole lot, she was a good communicator and very jovial. Made the course enjoyable.
I have dreaded this course in the past but this time I actually quite enjoyed it. Amy is the best trainer I’ve received training from and I’ve worked for the company 6-7 years. She’s really friendly and easy going. She made it fun and I genuinely hope she does my future training too.

Course was delivered well and clear. Very easy to understand and has taught me a lot. I now feel educated and confident in the arousal model, legislation and breakaways/ restraints

Alan has facilitated the PBS course extremely well, he ensured a full understanding from all attendees throughout and both 2 days have been interactive. I now feel a lot more confident to maintain people’s safety without using restrictive practise when it is not necessary. I would highly recommend Alan without hesitation.
