I feel that the course was well taught, the trainer was very knowledgeable in what he was teaching. The trainer was fun, involved all people present and most of all I felt that I can take away from the course an abundance of new skills

Really good how Ben explained everything. Not long ago I did another training on PBS at a previous company which was not half as good as this one. Ben managed to make it fun and interaction was upbeat. Would definitely recommend both Ben and training company to other Managers or companies.

The positive behavior support course was full of knowledge. The course handler Ben was great in impacting the knowledge. I got to learn a lot about the certain behavior and the reasons for the the change in behavior. The most important knowledge I took was always trying to know the baseline of every individual at a particular time. It was great learning this course, I will recommend it.

Not really useful, we don’t restrain or need to use the breakaway skills, so don’t get used to using them

Refresher course was informative but I struggle to remember the moves as we don’t need to use them for our service users

This course has taught me how to handle a situation and control a situation with a service users. This course was more fun than expected. The teacher was absolutely amazing and was so patient! She made sure over and over again we all understood and we got tested too. Overall amazing! I am glad I had the opportunity to do this course
