AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

So much information given that opens your eyes. Learning the break away techniques was fun but also eye opener to how they actually do work. Ben was great and made the course fun which made me engage more.

I found that I have learnt a lot during this course, I found the instructor was incredible and inclusive, giving everyone a chance to speak and get involved knowing there levels of comfortability. The clearness that was spoke and the information that was given was very useful. It’s given me a different perspective of many things and I will be using these skills on a daily and taking this as a massive learning curve in my career.

The trainer was very engaging and found a way to keep attention in the room, on himself and the information he was giving. He gave a quick talk on autism and how it presents and it made me look at it differently. Some of the information regarding hyper and hypo wasgenuinely helpful. I feel I could use this information in my everyday life not just necessarily my care job. I'm quite new to care and am still in my probationary period and this has solidified my confidence in staying within the profession.
