The traning was very useful and I gain knowledge about how to deal with behaviour that challenge. We have practice exercises and was able to work in small groups.

Lee delivered an excellent course. He is very knowledgeable and engaging and made sure to ensure everyone understood the different learning objectives throughout. Lee's background is mainly based in childcare, meaning the content was naturally tailored towards this. Despite this, Lee made effort to understand our departments and specific examples which was helpful

The training was good, it made me remember some of the intervention techniques to use when I'm faced with challenging behaviours and redirection does not work
