Very enjoyable training Matt clearly knows his stuff

Was very good and explained how a d showed how to do tge moves. If unsure he took the time to go through everything again. Very proactive and participated making everyone feel comfortable

Very easy to learn with Mathew due to being extremely learner friendly. Course professionally delivered and was fun too. Adequate breaks and lunch beaks allocated
