Ben was Very patient and inclusive. Explained everything so clearly with no jargon, made the course so much fun. Actually really enjoyed the course and learned skills I can use with all interactions not just with work. Will definitely be more understanding with everyone and take into consideration factors including others baselines

Ben was a good teacher, I feel I learned a lot in the two day course and managed so stay interested the whole time due to Bens teaching skills.

Absolutely brilliant course and tutor. I've thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I've learned so much that can help me improve best practice. It's given me valuable insight into the service users in our setting. Wonderful.

Interesting course, trainer very helpful

Chantelle was a good trainer, she appeared knowledgeable and made is easy for me to learn. it was really hot due to the weather those days but we had regular breaks and the air conditioning was later turned on

Very informative course, good trainer, bit different to previous courses I have attended will be useful to put into practice on the new packages I work in
