Fantastic course, trainer explained everything in detail in a very engaging way to all. It has given me a great understanding of PBS and how going forward I will now change my attitudes and communication in order to prevent escalation. Getting to know my patient , finding out their likes and dislikes. Being open and honest. Thank you so much Ben you have been an amazing trainer.

Kirstie was a fabulous trainer, she ensured the course was delivered well and efficiently. The material was easy to grasp and very helpful. We were supported really well by Kirsty Briggs, Rachael Davies and Andy Whysall as well who contributed greatly to the professionalism of the course. I really enjoyed every part of this course. I was made to feel comfortable and well supported through it all. From paper work side if getting started to the daily tasks of learning the course. The information given was relevant and engaging. The trainer tips and support was fantastic. Any concerns or worries I had where addressed and I was supported. I would highly recommend this course to anyone. The team giving the training is really friendly and supportive which always makes a big difference.

Amazing training. Lack of resources from the hospital for the training. But the trainer( Ben) pulled it through and did his best. Really useful training.
I am fortunate have my trainer Ben.he is amazing and we'll talented with lot of experience. Practicals made us to do very well and gave lot of practice.well done..bless you a lot
