AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

I thought the training was thought provoking. As a mental health nurse working in an acute paediatric setting, challenging negative beliefs is something I often have to do. This training certainly helps in doing that. I do think a tailored version for paediatrics is necessary, their was a few things that were only applicable to Adult nursing.

The morning session involved lots of discussion around learners and the school's ethos. However, I personally benefit from recapping the key elements of the original training. It felt more of a relaxed discussion as opposed to a learning a session. The afternoon session was great. Recapping all of the physical breakaways was really beneficial and helped me remember them should I need to use any in the near future. Overall, it was a great day day, thank you!

Response: Hi Charlie, thak you for taking the time to leave detailed feedback. A refresher is a day to cover anything that learners feel they want to look at and I am sure that your trainers will look into this in the future. I'm glad you had a great day overall!

Had a brilliant week doing the associate training course. All of the senior trainers who we worked with were absolutely fantastic and very supportive. Particularly Kirstie Reynolds who delivered the over all course throughout the week. Her knowledge and skills helped the whole group to gain the confidence and skills that we require to deliver the course ourselves as associate trainers. The course is well planned from start to finish and by the end of the week the whole group where fully prepared and confidant for our assessment.
