Lee was really friendly and relaxing. He created a comfortable environment, got everyone engaged without making people feel under pressure. Lots of knowledge and interesting information. Good at demonstrating physical intervention moves.

Having now completed the course, I feel equipped to engage with restrictive physical interventions (RPI). I also feel more aware of strategies that can trigger a person and raise their baseline. Moving forward, I will be more aware of the impact that the environment, communication and attitudes towards the pupils; hopefully, I will be able to lower a pupils threshold before RPI is required, however if required, I feel more confident in my own ability to engage with RPI to ensure the safety of the pupil, their peers, and other staff members.
Response : Hi Michael, thank you for the great comments about your training and we will ensure to let Hannah and Dan know!
