The course was very detailed and thought provoking. I enjoyed learning about the de-escalation techniques and the physical elements of the course. The trainer Ben was brilliant; really engaging and funny. He gave positive feedback throughout and I highly recommend.

Ben was amazing he was patient with a difficult situation that happened he was respectful and kind. Ben has so much knowledge and there wasn’t a moment I didn’t feel engaged

Excellent facilitation,brought to life the xibtwnt interesting dynamic way involving everyone. Ben gave the appropriate individual support ans used lovely combination of encouragement and genuine praise to really promote confidence of each delegate.

Ben is indeed a marvellous trainer with a great sense of humour, a motivator, a good listener and a patient teacher who wants all his students to do well without leaving anyone behind.
