Day 1 - Tom Harrup and Anna Kirkpatrick were excellent. Day 2 - Lee Rafter excellent fun interactive style Day 3 Lee Rafter & Tom Harrup were excellent. Workshop for RPI was excellent.

The course was very well organised and delivered. The trainer was very knowledgeable and used explicit examples and techniques to get the message across.
