Very informative , should make it as a mandatory course for evryone as per their ward requirement .
It was a lovely session with lots of information and practice. Trainer Ben was very interactive and engaging with all of us. I have some health issues and I informed him initially. He made me comfortable throughout the whole session. Thank you Ben and team for session.
