Very interactive and the trainer was very supportive in showing what a realistic amount strength that we may have to deal with so we can see how much strength was required. Makes me feels more confident for if I was in the real situation.

The course enlightened me and made me understand about behaviours of concern among the service users it also opened my eyes to the use of restraint. Chantelle has been very demonstrative and her teaching style was very good I feel she delivered the course in a way that made it possible to follow.

I had first aid training with Jamie and found the day easy to follow and enjoyable. I feel much more confident about performing first aid now! Jamie made the day fun and informative.
