Made it fun and put you at ease

I found the course really worth while and interesting. The trainer (Alan) made everything easy to understand and fun to learn. The way he taught us made me remember everything really well when usually my memory is awful. I enjoyed both the training days

Alan was great. Taught us techniques and skills quite diligently and well. He was thorough with teaching both the theory and practical aspects of the course content (training) to each person's understanding.

Tutor very knowledgeable and made class feel at ease. Also encouraged discussion on real life encounters which helped me as the least experienced member of the group. Thanks.

Very informative. Plenty of breaks. A lot of humour during the course making it light hearted under serious circumstances. Both Liam and Amy were very engaging and made me feel comfortable in a new environment.

I really enjoyed the practical experience of the training and learnt valuable skills that I have never learned. Understanding trauma and lived of young people has helped me be more empathetic and understanding of how each individual is different. Without the training I would not have felt competent as a childcare worker. Great learning material

It was a very beneficial course and having it taught as both theory and practical made it a lot more helpful to retain the information. Amy and Liam were both supportive when needed. We learnt valuable skills during this training and I feel ready and comfortable to go back to work and excel in my role as a Child Support Worker.
