Fantastic trainer. Very well led. I personally learnt a great deal from the course.
The course is one of the best I have been on it goes in depth into behaviours and how best to deal with it.
Response: Thank you, Joseph! We’re delighted this was one of the best courses you’ve attended and that the in-depth focus on understanding and responding to behaviours was so valuable.
Very informative and engaging from Jack, answering questions throughout the session when required
